Tandem recording at the People of Color Conference.

Tandem graphic recording is when 2 graphic recorders capture the same speaker together. That's exactly what I did with my fabulous friend and mentor Michelle Boos-Stone (owner of Five Elements Consuting Group) at the 25th Annual People of Color Conference in Houston. Together we captured 8 amazing speakers over 2 days. Because many of the speakers presented back-to-back, working together enabled us to finish each chart as soon as the speakers finished their presentations and be ready for the next one. It also meant we captured even more information than either of us could have on our own.
