Creating SUMMARY Maps for Attendees POST EVENT

When hiring a graphic recorder, I highly recommend having them in the room working live during the meeting or event.  However, there are times that isn’t possible due to budget restraints or lack of space, etc… If that’s the case, send the meeting notes to to the graphic recorder for them to read, synthesize and draw out a summary of the meeting’s highlights. If all or part of the meeting was video taped, that’s even easier to work from that written notes. So the next time you want the benefit of having visual notes after your meeting, but you can’t quite swing getting your favorite graphic recorder to be there, consider this option. It works.
